High temperature powder useful - G - AE: 1050 ℃ for 15 minutes gas annealing with powder.
1. After the pipe has been formed, the surface load of 10W/cm squared air is used for dry burning test before annealing. The leakage current of the peak value is less than 1.2 mA, and the leakage is reduced to 0.45 mA after 15 minutes of dry burning.
2, 1050 ℃ for 15 minutes after the furnace processing, surface load is made 10 w/cm squared air dry burning test, the peak value of leakage current is zero, dry for 200 hours after the leakage current is stable under 0.30 mA, hot insulation resistance is greater than 2 m Ω; 1500V / 0.5 mA heat resistance passed.
3, then cooled to room temperature after 24 hours, the norm of insulation resistance remains above 500 m Ω, normal pressure 2000 v / 0.5 mA.

1. After the pipe is formed, do the surface load 9W/cm squared air for dry burning test. The peak leakage current is less than 0.45 mA and the leakage current is below 0.30 mA after 15 minutes.
2, 9 w/cm squared air dry burn surface load after 100 hours, leakage current is stable under 0.30 mA, hot insulation resistance is greater than 2 m Ω; 1500V / 0.5 mA heat resistance passed.
3, normal insulation resistance to keep for a long time in more than 1000 m Ω, normal pressure 2000 v / 0.5 mA through, pipe insulation resistance at room temperature after flooding recoverable to more than 1000 m Ω.
After 4, pipe welding flange, insulation resistance is greater than 1000 m Ω.

Dry burning electrician grade magnesium oxide
The electric heat pipe has a fatal defect, which is used in abnormal condition: when the dry burning condition occurs, the electric heat pipe will burst in a short time, causing the user to be dangerous. This product development is for the purpose of electric heat pipe manufacturers to provide a kind of tube in dry state, metal pipes will melt and will not burst of electrical grade magnesium oxide powder, not to change the function and appearance of electric heating tube size. Electric heat pipe forming after the 200 ℃ to 300 ℃ after 60 minutes of furnace, the product will not moisture absorption, insulation resistance can be stable in more than 1000 m Ω. According to different requirements of electric heat pipe, different kinds of explosion-proof electric-grade magnesia products are developed, namely: high temperature powder zh-g-ae and zh-z-ae powder.
Stable leakage additives
Magnesium oxide has the advantages of better insulation and high thermal conductivity. However, in high temperature, the leakage current will gradually increase, resulting in lower safety performance of the thermal tube products. In the years of production practice, the company has developed an additive product that reduces leakage current. When the product is added to the magnesium oxide powder, the leakage current will decrease rapidly and stabilize in a low state.
